Is this safe to install?

Yes. Open source — read every line on GitHub. The downloaded file is about 4 KB; it just tells Claude where to find the eighty-six helpers. Your conversations stay between you and Claude.

Does it cost money?

No. Free, staying free. Soft cap of about thirty questions per hour on the shared server — plenty for normal use. Hit the cap and you can self-host; cap goes away.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. You keep talking to Claude like you always do. The install is two clicks.

What if Claude already knows about, say, marketing?

Generally, yes. Generally is the problem. The helpers are specific — they know what to ask you so the answer is actually useful. The difference shows up most when you're stuck.

What if I install it and don't like it?

Open Claude Desktop's settings, find Black Book, click remove. Five seconds. Nothing else changes.
